We work with a 4-6 week lead time. On request, we can look at sooner lead times if there is a timeline in place.

Yes, you can use your own fabrics. Please note; there is no discount applied if you are sourcing your own fabric. There is a minimum order amount of R50,000 (ex vat) or the order quantity of an item is larger than 10 items. Once we have received your fabrics we will start with our production (4-6 weeks after we have received the fabrics).

We do allow customization of (most) our furniture items, if the order quantity of the item is larger than 10 items or the order value of the item is more than R50,000 (ex vat).

 We have supplied hotels, restaurants and apartment complexes with exciting custom made furniture. We do manufacture custom made furniture requests. It is project dependent if we are the right party to manufacture your custom project. Are you working on a specific project? Contact us for a quote, no matter the size or scale of your requirements.

Yes, we offer collections exclusively to our trade partners. Collections take place Monday-Friday from 10h00 – 13h00, excluding public holidays.

Yes, our trade partners can schedule delivery days, if the payment reflects 48 hours in advance.

 We allow trade customers to log a return or exchange within 30 days once the order has been delivered.

Yes, please contact us and let us know you will be bringing your client to view the items. We can then let you know which showroom has the specific items on display.

 Yes. If you would like us to deliver straight to your client, please let us know and we will take a delivery note without prices.

 Yes. If you would like fabric swatches, please let us know which fabrics you would like to collect. We will then prepare them for collection, these can be collected from either of our showrooms.

We have samples of our different wood and satin finishes in both our showrooms, however we do not have samples that can be taken with to show your clients.

Please email for any quotes or invoices that you need, we will send through the quote/invoice with the 7% discount applied. Please note we do not refund the discount back into your account, therefore the amount is discounted prior to payment.
