A Lay-by is a system where a supplier, such as a retailer, agrees to sell goods to a consumer on condition that the consumer makes periodic payments for the goods. A deposit is required to activate the lay-by.

You can lay-by with us in 3 easy steps:
1. Choose the items you would like to lay-by on our website.
2. Fill in the lay-by form (the link) where you then choose how many months you would like to lay-by your order for.
3. To activate the lay-by, you will pay 40% of your total order and sign the lay-by agreement.

The price at which the lay-by order was processed shall be fixed and will not be increased or decreased.

Yes, we can refund you, but we will charge a cancellation fee of 1 % if you cancel after 14 days. A cancellation after 14 days shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 1% for orders cancelled within the agreed lay-by period (being either 3 or 6 months). Furniturespot will refund the money already paid in full minus the cancellation fee of 1%. Cancellation fees shall only apply to the price of the goods cancelled and shall exclude delivery fees. If you do not choose to cancel the lay-by within the agreed lay-by period (being either 3 or 6 months), Furniturespot reserves the right to refund the money already paid in the form of a voucher. The voucher is valid for 12 months.

We do not reserve stock, but we monitor your Lay-by closely to do our utmost best to have your item in stock once you are ready.

No, Trade Partners cannot use a Lay-by.

You are advised not to stop or skip your lay- by payment. However, if you choose to skip your layby payment, no penalty will be imposed on you. You are still obliged to pay the full amount within the agreed instalment period you signed up for.

No, it is not possible to change your lay-by order once you have signed your lay-by agreement.

Lay-by payments will not be accepted for any promotions and sales.
